The Bartlett Regional Hospital Foundation is seeking an Executive Director.

The Executive Director must be a dynamic, creative, and innovative leader with expertise in strategic planning, donor stewardship, and event management. A strong foundation in business management, community relations, and nonprofit fundraising is essential. The Executive Director will excel in maintaining the Foundation’s current fundraising events while developing new creative and innovative fundraising strategies. It is crucial that this individual is outgoing and enjoys social interactions, possessing excellent communication skills in order to foster meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
